Service Description

Join us for an immersive 1.5-hour in-person workshop led by experienced, certified Life Coach, Teresa Norquay. Together in a safe and empowering space, we will uncover recurring negative thought patterns and consciously reroute them into powerful, uplifting personal affirmations. You'll create personalized affirmation cards to take home, with all crafting materials and light refreshments provided. Seats are limited to create an intimate and deeply supportive atmosphere.
